• Reflect on a fictional power that would elevate your
assistantship.
• Surface aspirational strengths and mental clarity.
• Reintroduce the thinking house to assess progress
and identify gaps.
• Identify new structures for Day 2 and ground yourself
in evolved thinking.
• Build energy and openness for advanced learning.
Session 2:
The P.R.E.T.T.I.® Framework in Practice
• Tactical Agility: Pivot effectively, make structured
decisions, and stay clear in motion.
• T.I.M.E. Zoning®: Manage energy, align time with
strategy, and focus output on goals.
