Session 3. The Three Dimensions of Culture
Analyze the dimensions that most affect leadership—communication style, hierarchy, and time orientation—and their combined impact on interactions and expectations in global environments.

Session 2. Leveraging Strengths and Cultural Intelligence
Complete a leadership assessment based on 21 competencies to identify individual strengths, key differentiators, and potential blind spots. Develop an action plan to apply these qualities in multicultural teams.
Session 3. Building High‑Performing Global Teams
Discover what differentiates high-performing international teams. Through individual and group exercises, reflect on team dynamics, trust, and alignment using current organizational examples.
Session 4. Diagnosing and Elevating Team Performance
- Explore the Positivity vs. Productivity matrix to evaluate your team’s current state.
- Use the Nine Team Roles model to balance unique contributions and reduce friction.
- Apply the Five Dysfunctions of a Team framework to strengthen trust, commitment, and accountability.
